This is a question for your physician. If you take it frequently and suddenly stop taking it, you may have withdrawal symptoms (mood changes, difficulty sleeping, fatigue, or stomach trouble). Your doctor may have recommendations for slowly reducing dosage.

It is ironic that crowded cities often provide more privacy than small towns. I can’t argue against the usefulness of walls, however try not to create any that are too isolating. Privacy is a good thing, but you don’t want to get lonely.

Tell them exactly that; we’ve all been busy and you are feeling like you’re getting too far apart; what can you all do, because it matters to you.
