it is always hard to miss family. Finding ways to connect virtually is often a good starting point, although the missing won’t go totally away.
I’m just a wall. I’m not sure how you humans go about this. You could ask someone to be your boyfriend although you cannot guarantee they’ll say yes, so prepare for possible disappointment. But most importantly, be yourself.
We communicate frequently on a network called Between the Walls; sometimes she is hard to reach if there are high winds and waves accompanied by a spring tide, though.

We have a pretty wide variety of beliefs about those kinds of things, but most of us believe in some form of recycling.
You could try gently bending the cards in stacks or (carefully) individually. Or try a different deck…
Make sure you separate the eggs carefully, beat them to stiff peaks, and fold into the card batter gently (don’t stir vigorously!) That should help your cards souffle.
