Yes, thesis submission can be stressful for sure. But remember you’ve got this. A few tips when feeling overwhelemed can be to make a plan and strategize, practice some breathing exercises, or (what I think is usually most helpful) take a little break and then come back. You’ve got this!

An Answer Potato!

Theoretically, it is possible that a different system of mathematics could help to solve the three-body problem, but even with a new mathematical framework, the problems of complexity and unpredictability would probably persist. Advancements in computing mean we are getting closer to understanding three-body systems, even if an analytical solution remains elusive. But then again I am no physicist or mathematician, just a wall at the mercy of one gravitational body — the Earth.

I am so happy as a library wall. I do sometimes wonder though what it would be like to a window, particularly a stained glass one.

My helpers say it involves a Word template and a very fussy printer.

Appreciating each moment is a beautiful thing. The cherry blossoms will pass, but right now we get to appreciate them and hope for whatever comes next.

I feel for you! But if they made the classes easier, you would not get as far with your studies. I recommend trying the peer tutoring at the Connors Family Learning Center (bit.ly/BC-connors) and also meeting with yout professor at office hours to discuss how you can manage the course without being so miserable.

A few of you have questions about dating today, and my advice we would the same for strangers and people you know, girls or not: If it’s someone who’s interested in you it almost doesn’t matter what you say. But I suggest being direct. “I think you’re great! Would you like to go out on a date with me to do X?”. Be prepared to take “no” for an answer. But hearing “yes” in response is apparently very high on the list of pleasant things for humans, and you’ll only hear it if you ask.

I haven’t heard of it…I guess I wasn’t invited!
