Life can be exhausting when it comes at you fast. There’s a break coming up; I recommend you use it as a genuine break. Unplug, give yourself some “me”-time/down-time. Meanwhile, every day set aside some time – even just a few minutes – to sit peacefully and do nothing but breathe.
