While I don’t eat or cook, I have found some interesting recipes for banana bread throughout the TX341-840 range on Level 3. The Kitchen Survival Guide (TX651 .B72 1992) has a simple but delicious-looking recipe on p. 182. For something (far) more unusual, how about the Banana and Alaria Loaf on p. 203 in Prannie Rhatigan’s Irish Seaweed Kitchen (TX402 .R437 2009? It features rum, sultanas, and alaria!

Update, 2-6-19: Dining Services responds, “We love to help give answers to your wall, unfortunately, this request is not that simple. The mac and cheese at the Bean Counter is an item that we spent two years developing with a co-packer. This means it is specific to BC Dining, but made at an enormous volume. We do not have a viable recipe to share.”
