One of my helpers suggests checking out: Soundgarden, Peal Jam, Bush, Smashing Pumpkins, and Everclear. Happy jamming.

As a Wall, I have very little practical need for fashion. But my librarian friends have told me that there’s a lot of library resources all about fashion that might help you find out your favorite fashion designer. https://bit.ly/fashionsources. I’ve also been told that fashion is about self-expression which means that I would probably lean towards clean and simple fashion designers since I find lines, glass, and minimalist color appealing (as you know I am in a committed relationship with the lobby doors and very much like their style).
I’m partial to themes: they give a group a way to select films that are related in some way. Example: films based on classic books, like Les Miserables, Little Women, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Being There, etc. Other themes: monsters, Christmas, the ocean, baseball… Agree on a theme and everyone picks one or two. Lots of films on movies.bc.edu!
The venue sounds pretty grim, as is what he’s charged with, so no. https://bit.ly/4gxo88u
When it comes to music this week, I am really liking the classical soundtrack from the 2005 Pride & Prejudice (with Kiera Knightley).
As I understand it there are many platforms for viewing films– I don’t have a firm grasp of that, but in no particular order here are some autumnal films I enjoy: Hocus Pocus, Legally Blonde, Bend it Like Beckham, You’ve Got Mail, Babe (1995), Fantastic Mr. Fox, Always Be My Maybe, 10 Things I Hate About You… don’t forget we have a fabulous DVD collection!
“Good fences make good neighbors”, though I’m not sure the poet would agree with my reading. https://www.poetryfoundation.org/poems/44266/mending-wall
