More than the national average, but less than historical trends might lead you to believe. Somerville property (especially along the proposed greenline extension) has skyrocketed in value over the past 20 years or so. Unfortunately, y’all have mostly missed the boat on that increase – that property has already been bought by speculators and the price has increased accordingly. The somerville market is “played out” so to speak from an investment standpoint. Still, the Boston-metro area is a very good place to buy. Boston is one of the hottest housing markets in the country and you’ll see a good return. And if you expect to keep it for 5 years, you’ll almost certainly make money on it – values will probably jump a bit when the green line extension goes into service and becomes more tangible for people in 2021 (according to MBTA official schedules) or 2025 (according to MBTA history).
Sages often call for moderation in all things. The Wall is inclined to think this should include moderation also. Being kind to yourself is super important if you’re trying to do something hard. So give yourself a break and start from where you are.
In keeping with BC’s mission (bit.ly/BCMissionStatement), I’d say, let’s not do this. There’s enough pain and injustice in the world. Turn your superpowers to good and not to evil! Maybe consider finding ways to do tremendous amounts of good for people… and not get caught.
Awwww, shucks, if I had blood & capillaries I’d be blushing. You might find being my partner a little frustrating; you kind of have to be a wallflower.
Certainly, if you show signs of alcohol poisoning (from the Mayo Clinic bit.ly/HungoverOuch ): confusion, vomiting, seizures, slow or irregular breathing, blue-tinged skin or pale skin, low body temperature, difficulty remaining conscious or losing consciousness. Consider seeking help, maybe through the Ofc. of Health Promotion (bit.ly/BC-health-promo), for your drinking if this is not a one-time thing.
What you need is walls. 4 of them is best. And a door that closes and locks. Failing that, find shadows and places with low foot-traffic if you don’t like sudden surprises. I’m rather stationary, myself, and my assistants are all blessed with their own walls and doors, so I don’t have any first- or second-hand experience. I recommend asking other humans in the same boat.
? I wish I could offer you a shoulder, because the shoulder of a friend is oftena good crying spot. If you want to cry alone, some humans use the shower. Others might go for a walk in the woods, perhaps the Hammond Pond Conservation Area, which you can access via a path from Suffolk Road, or the Webster Woods, accessible via the Hammond Pond Parkway.
Your guess is as good as mine! Since the FBI is no longer actively investigating the case, Dan Cooper’s location after his successful plane hijacking in 1971 is likely to remain an unsolved mystery. If you’re interested in more details about Cooper and the hijacking, check out the FBI website entry on the case. (bit.ly/DBCooperFBI)

These slips help staff shift collections that need to be compressed to facilitate a renovation of the 5th floor. Some titles are still growing (more volumes are being published) and we need to know which ones, so that appropriate room is left on the shelf. Make sure you check out the new user spaces in Fall 2020!
I marvel at human movement of all kinds, but especially movement coordinated with music to be expressive. UPrising brings together a lot of styles to do that. So, yes, I like your team. (Sorry about redacting names: it’s my policy.)
Friends are not something to squander. You might not want to enter into a serious relationship with him right now, but why not remain friendly and in contact?
Consider a creative writing concentration? bit.ly/bc-creative-writing Also: talk to prof’s about how to use text analysis in ways that will serve your own writing. If those conversations are unproductive and/or the creative writing concentration isn’t for you, then talk to your advisor (& others) about another major.
It was returned! I deeply believe that the vast majority of people are honest. It was nice to have that confirmed.
I’m so sorry your education is being disrupted! The project target was that major noise would be finished before the start of classes. Alas! The deadline was missed. The major noise should abate soon. Until then, I recommend sitting at the front of the room and asking if the professor can provide notes.
It’s a true joy to see you!
According to this 2017 article in The Heights (bit.ly/BCDiningProfit), “BC Dining has a break-even bottom line. It does not try to make a profit. If there is any surplus of money at the end of the year, it is used to improve dining facilities. ”
