How can I start my own Christian theological movement?

Well, if you have some theses you could post them somewhere that would spark conversation. PLEASE DON”T NAIL THEM TO ME. Maybe a long Twitter thread? I’m having trouble visualizing TikToks, but that might be better for virality. (Not an unreasonable thing to consider your social media strategy: the New Testament was written in a form of Greek that most people in the Mediterranean could understand). And I’d be happy to provide a less snarky answer if you tell me a little more about what you have in mind.

Well, I don’t use popular social media (I don’t even know if the things I use can be even classified as social media), so I don’t think I can use this form. A Medium post? Maybe, but it’s super hard to get something get more than 100 views. I’m still thinking about the details of it, but my main concept can go in two ways: something similar to Satanism or “all hail Eva”. The first way thanks the Devil for making Eva eat the fruit and get out of Heaven. If she (and Adam) weren’t pushed off Heaven, they would never be able to ability reproduce and no one on Earth would be alive. The second way this can go is to ignore Satan from the picture and thank Eva for being ‘stupid’ and eating the fruit. But the main think is, that main stream (can you say it that way?) Christianity is nonsense and it has plenty of gaps, that can lead to Christianity not being so pure and true.

I’m a library Wall, so I’m going to suggest you do some reading to prepare your arguments. This article on New Religious Movements has a few different takes on Adam, Eve, and Satan that are worth looking at (http://bit.ly/bc-nrs1). It’s probably not a bad idea to check in with other prior art as well. From this list of heresies and what you’ve said, it might be worth checking out the Cathars and the Sethians. http://bit.ly/bc-nrs2. It’s also probably worth doing some background reading on Eve (http://bit.ly/bc-nrs3) and Satan(http://bit.ly/bc-nrs4), as there have been lots of interpretations of both of them through history.

You know what, I think it will be better if I make it into a introduction to the other sides of Christianity and proving just how insane in wrong it is. And by wrong, I mean that it’s full of gaps a smart (even godly. God, I’m looking at you) wouldn’t let go into his work. So perhaps it can be proof and a way to push people away from Christianity and religion in general. Leading an atheist life sounds much better. And I feel like most people think that atheist don’t have an ideology and are science ‘geeks’. And I’m curious, if you don’t believe in any religion, yet you still believe in God as a power, what is that called? Anyways, I’ll maybe just publish an article about it.

Theism is belief in God, and doesn’t require you to subscribe to a religion. Good luck with your writing project, and thanks for the chat.
