    hugo new news/yyyy-mm-slugged-version-of-story-title.md

Where yyyy is the four-digit year, mm is the two-digit month, and slugged-version-of-the-story-title is a URL-friendly version of the title of the story. For example:

hugo new news/2022-02-new-ways-of-supporting-open-access.md
