This edition contains poetry, short stories, illustrations, as well as the first part of a four-part series by the late Mick Weaver, who was involved with the political and trade union scene in the South Lancashire mines and community. The authors use their writing to find the light in everyday life as working-class people, and they discuss topics ranging from politics to memories of a loved one who has passed.
