Part of the point of the assignment is\nto heighten awareness of how prevalent manipulative messaging is in our\ncultural landscape, and to provide students an opportunity to take their own\nfirm stand. The aim of converting others to their cause \u2014 to increase\nawareness, educate and call others to action \u2014 drove the design process.
