Drawing from over 60,000 publications, BioCyc provides data for metabolic pathways and genomes for a variety of organisms, with tools for analyzing the data. \u00a0There is \u00a0particularly rich and professionally-curated data for intensively researched species like Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Mycobacterium tuberculosis and \u00a0Clostridium difficile.
